Position: Field Sales Team Leader (Post 1)
Department: Sales
Work Station: Pemba – Zanzibar
Basic Job Functions
- Recruitment, training and coach the Sales Team.
- Ensure Team achievement of Sales Targets.
- Ensure the portfolio is performing within the Company standards.
- Timely submission of Reports.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Other Attributes
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team.
- Good Customer care skills.
- Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
