2️⃣ Site Foreman (Civil Building Project)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years practical site experience in building construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials effectively
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality control
• Monitor progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure proper use of construction equipment and tools
• Resolve site challenges efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
• Ability to manage workforce and maintain discipline
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills

Added Advantage:

• Experience in supervising multi-storey or large-scale building projects
• Ability to work extended hours when required
