1️⃣ Quantity Surveyor (Civil Building Project)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in civil building projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Conduct cost analysis and budget control for large construction projects
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare contract documents
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Advise project management on contractual and commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and procurement procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and building regulations
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Added Advantage:

• Experience in managing high-rise or large commercial/residential building projects
• Membership or registration with a professional board will be an added advantage
